However, you will need at least the MAF, the injectors and the turbo from a WRX if you want to run that ECU, because the ECU is calibrated to the WRX items, and not the items you have fitted to a UK turbo 2000. (Assuming you haven't also fitted these, of course). This is different to the reason the car won't start, though. The car won't start because the WRX ecu has cam and crank pins reversed, and the fuel pump runs from a different pin. If you swap these around, the car will run. But I'd advise against driving it on boost, as you risk damaging the enigne without the WRX parts fitted to the engine...
