motorajdy Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 odpaliłem swojego swapa w gt silnik sti 2002 po około 20 sekundach pracy wywala czeka i bład P0519 można go usunąc ale po ponownym odpaleniu znowu wyskakuje obroty są za wysokie to fak ale czy może to byc przyczyna żę silnik krokowy nie wyrabi bo łapie lewe powietrze czy cos innego, silnik dziwnie sie wkreca na obroty a czy w stikach (anglik) był włącznik na pedale gazu informujący kompa że jest gaz jest na zero czy ECU bierze to z TPSa? carlos-wrx Posted October 8, 2011 Share Posted October 8, 2011 P0519 SUBARU - Idle Control System Malfunction Symptoms - Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light) - Engine keeps running at higher revolution than specified idling revolution Possible causes - Throttle linkage fault - Large vacuum leak - Idle air control malfunction Possible solution Clean Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) - Warm up Engine - Remove the intercooler and set aside - Disconnect the Mass Airflow sensor connector - Cycle the key "On/Off" once - Start the car and maintain engine speed between 1000-1500rpm - Spray engine cleaner on the upper air-stream of the throttle chamber for approximately 10 seconds - Step engine and let sit for 3 minutes - Restart engine and maintain 1000 to 1500 rpms - Spray Engine cleaner on the upper air-stream of the throttle chamber for approximately 10 seconds - Turn engine off - Reinstall intercooler and reconnect Mas Airflow sensor connector - Operate car between 1000-2000rpms until no white smoke appears through tailpipe - Turn ignition switch off and clear memory Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
